1.1 By accessing or using the Golf Envy website, mobile application, or any other features or services (collectively referred to as the "Services") offered by Golf Envy Franchising Limited ("Golf Envy", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

From 5 February 2026, the maximum penalty for PECR breaches was raised to align with UK GDPR levels — up to £17.5 million or 4% of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. 8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

8.1 The Services and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, website copy, design elements, software, and branding, are the property of Golf Envy Franchising Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by Golf Envy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golf Envy Franchising Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

12.1 Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you have a statutory right to raise a data protection complaint directly with us. From 19 June 2026, we are legally required to have a formal complaints procedure in place and to acknowledge complaints within 30 days of receipt.
